Delete your account
You can delete your Team Manager Pro account at any time, from the iPhone or Android app or by emailing us. This page explains how, and what happens to your information.
In the app
Open More and tap your name to open Settings. Tap your name again, then tap Delete Account and confirm.
It takes effect right away and signs you out on every device.
Without the app
What is deleted
Your sign-in: email, password and any Google or Apple link
Your profile: name, phone number, role and photo
Your settings, notification tokens and sign-in history
What the team keeps
Team records you created, such as events, posts, messages, lineups and documents, stay with the team without your name on them.
A player’s roster entry, stats and medical profile belong to the team. To remove those, ask the team’s manager or association, or email us.
Financial records are kept as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.
