Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old to create a team or accept these terms. Players under 18 use the Service only through an account created or approved by a parent, guardian or team staff member, and only with the information their parent or guardian has agreed to share.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at support@teammanager.pro if you believe it has been compromised.

Rosters, schedules, contact details, medical notes, documents, statistics and messages entered into the Service belong to the team or association that entered them. You grant us only the rights needed to store, display and process that information to provide the Service. The team is responsible for having the right to enter it — in particular a parent or guardian’s consent to include a player’s information — and for its accuracy.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages, to harass or endanger anyone, to upload unlawful or infringing material, to probe or disrupt the Service, or to access another team’s information. New teams have modest limits on invitations and announcements during their first day. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Basic plan is free. Advanced and Pro are paid per team, monthly or yearly, and begin with a 30-day free trial; a payment method is collected up front and the subscription converts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; we never see your card number. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

If a subscription lapses, Advanced and Pro features become unavailable until it is reactivated; Basic features and your data remain.

The AI assistant and connected AI agents (on the Pro plan) act on your behalf with the same permissions as your account and can make mistakes. Review what they report or change before relying on it. You are responsible for the instructions you give an agent and for any third-party agent service you connect.

We work to keep the Service available and back up its data regularly, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or retire features; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give reasonable notice.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing; access to the paid features continues to the end of the paid period, after which the team moves to the free Basic plan and keeps its data. A team’s owner can delete the team from Admin, which permanently removes its data immediately. We may close accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period, with notice where practical.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The Service supports team administration; it is not medical, safety or legal advice, and decisions about a player’s participation remain with the team, its medical staff and the family.
